Saturdays in spring and fall go first — often nine to twelve months out. Weekdays and off-season dates are frequently available inside a month.
Everything happens online. Pick your date on the calendar, fill in the event details, read and sign the rental agreement in your browser, then pay. The date is not held until payment is made, or until a check reservation is confirmed.
Yes. Tours are by appointment, including evenings and weekends. Call (904) 261-4984 and leave a message — someone will get back to you and meet you at the hall.
More than 90 days out, the rental fee is refunded in full. Inside 90 days, the rental fee is held as credit toward another date within twelve months. The security deposit is returned either way. One date change is free, subject to availability.
$750 for the day, every day of the week — no weekend or holiday surcharge — plus a refundable $250 security deposit. That is $1,000 paid at booking, of which $250 comes back to you.
Yes. The $250 security deposit is returned within 14 days after your event, provided the hall is left clean and undamaged and everyone is out by midnight. It is separate from the rental fee and it is not a cleaning fee.
Damage beyond normal wear, trash left on site, decorations still hanging, a kitchen left dirty when cleaning was not purchased, guests remaining past midnight, or a noise citation. We photograph the hall before and after and send you both sets.
By card at the time of booking. A check is fine if your event is more than three weeks away — choose that option at checkout and you will have 48 hours to tell us the check is in the mail. Inside three weeks it is cash or card only, because a check will not clear in time.
8:00 a.m. to midnight — sixteen hours, for one flat rate. The morning is yours for deliveries, florals, tables and a rehearsal, with no hourly meter running. Everyone and everything is out by midnight.
The main hall seats 100 for a plated dinner and holds 100 standing. The covered patio seats 75 and holds about 100 standing. The lawn is by arrangement — tell us what you have in mind.
Yes — folding banquet tables and seating for 100, included with every rental. They are folding tables, not rounds, so plan your layout and linens around that. Linens are not provided. Bringing lounge furniture, a photo booth or a large band? Plan on roughly 15% fewer seats.
Yes. Outside food is welcome and the kitchen is yours to use — range, microwave, refrigerator and prep space. Bring your own caterer if you like; there is no approved list and no kitchen fee.
Permitted, with no licensed bartender required and no event insurance to buy. Serve it yourself, hire someone, or let guests bring their own. In exchange we ask you to run a responsible event: nobody under 21 served, nobody over-served, and nobody driving home impaired. That responsibility sits with you as the renter.
No — there is no guest Wi-Fi on site. If your DJ, photo booth or card reader needs a connection, plan on bringing a hotspot.
Standard outlets throughout, with dedicated circuits for a DJ or band on the stage wall. There is no house PA, so bring your own.
No nails, screws, staples or adhesive tape on painted or finished surfaces. No glitter, confetti, rice or artificial flower petals. Candles are fine if they are fully enclosed in glass — no other open flame. No smoking indoors, no fireworks, and no pets other than documented service animals. Nothing gets altered on the electrical, plumbing or fire-safety equipment. Anything you put up, you take down before midnight.
We ask that amplified music outdoors winds down by 11 p.m. That is the club’s own request rather than a county rule — the neighbors are close and we would like to keep them friendly. Indoor music may continue with the doors closed. Your rental ends at midnight either way.
No. A lot of venues make you buy a one-day event policy before they hand over the keys — we do not. You are still responsible for what happens at your event, so if you want the cover for your own peace of mind, a one-day policy is inexpensive.
Yes — open parking on site, free, right alongside the building and the pavilion, with room for roughly 75 to 100 vehicles and space to unload close to the doors.
