The Venue

Everything you get for the day

Room counts, kitchen equipment, parking, and honest photographs of the space. If a number matters to your plan, it is on this page.

The club from the drive. The pavilion is attached at the far end, so guests move between inside and outside without crossing a road or a lawn.
The pavilion from the parking area — open on all sides, with the marsh directly behind it.
The main hall, looking the length of the room. Tables and chairs are stored along the walls and set up however you want them.
The same room from the entry end. Column-free, so nothing blocks a head table or a dance floor.
The kitchen, with the range, microwave and the serving window that opens straight into the hall.
The other end of the same kitchen — full-size stainless refrigerator-freezer, more counter space, and its own door to the outside for deliveries.
The oak grove on the grounds — mature live oaks and Spanish moss, a short walk from the hall.
The canopy overhead. Most of the grounds sit in natural shade, which matters for a summer afternoon on Amelia Island.
One of two restrooms, off the main hall.
The second restroom. Both are kept stocked between rentals.

The Kitchen

A kitchen you can genuinely cook in

Most halls this size hand you a warming cabinet and wish you luck. Ours is a real kitchen with a range, a proper sink and a lot of counter, which is why so many families here still cook their own reunion dinner rather than paying someone to.

Included with every rental: full electric range with oven · microwave · sink · extensive counter and cabinet space · serving window into the main hall · air conditioning · full-size stainless refrigerator-freezer · exterior door for deliveries

Not included: small wares, pans, utensils, dishes, linens and ice. Bring them or add them from the rate card.

Practical

The details people ask about on the tour

Parking

Open gravel parking on site, free, right alongside the building and the pavilion — roughly 75 to 100 vehicles. Plenty of room to unload close to the doors.

Restrooms

Separate men's and women's restrooms off the main hall, each with a vanity, mirror, paper towel dispenser and toilet. Kept clean and stocked between rentals.

Tables & chairs

Folding banquet tables and seating for 100, included. No round tables — plan your layout and linens accordingly. Setup is yours to arrange.

Power & sound

Standard outlets throughout, dedicated circuits for a DJ or band on the stage wall. No house PA.

Grounds & shade

Mature live oaks hung with Spanish moss cover much of the property, so there is natural shade for a summer event without renting a tent.

Wi-Fi

There is no guest Wi-Fi on site. If your DJ, photo booth or card reader needs a connection, plan on bringing a hotspot.

Quiet hours

We ask that amplified music outdoors winds down by 11 p.m. — the club’s own request, not a county rule. Indoor music may continue later.
